Dedication
In the spring of 1982 I met the love of my life, Angie.
We were married in the summer of 1984 and my love for her grows more
and more everyday.
Our children, Jesse, John Henry, Rachel, Courtney and Kim,
and now, grandsons Landen John and Tyler James give me even more cause to be happy.
